Our office started out like most small businesses, with a lot of heart, a lot of thought and minimal funds. Throughout my career as an administrator and project manager across various sectors, I saw a recurring need for structure, clarity, and coordinated action, especially in times of crisis. After being laid off during the COVID-19 pandemic, I faced a turning point—and that’s when I founded MARTIN Project Management Office (PMO), to meet those needs and bring clarity in even the most uncertain conditions.
       The PMO was born out of necessity, but built with intention. As the world shifted rapidly, I saw an opportunity to bring greater efficiency, transparency, and collaboration to complex initiatives. Drawing on my background in organization and problem solving; I designed systems and workflows that kept teams aligned, supported leadership with data-driven decision-making, and ensured that projects moved forward even amidst uncertainty.

       Today, the PMO continues to be a hub for strategic planning, implementation, and continuous improvement. Whether coordinating cross-functional efforts or streamlining internal processes, my focus remains the same: empowering people to do their best work—together, and with purpose. We believe in providing more than just temporary solutions.
